The People Behind FighterTravel

FighterTravel is built by hospitality and tourism professionals who know what makes a trip worth taking, and who believe the gym owners building these destinations deserve the spotlight.

Reed Warner, Founder and CEO of FighterTravel.com

Reed Warner

Founder & CEO

Reed Warner is the Founder and CEO of FighterTravel.com, bringing a background in luxury hospitality and global tourism to combat sports travel. He earned a degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Roosevelt University in Chicago, then spent six years in high-end luxury hotels, including the Trump International Hotel in Chicago, The Gwen (a Luxury Collection Hotel by Marriott) and Huma Kotor Bay in Montenegro.

Reed then moved into destination marketing, working with convention and visitors bureaus and state tourism organizations, including two years on the Board of Directors for the Missouri Division of Tourism. Most recently, he managed business development at the Student & Youth Travel Association (SYTA), focusing on international partnerships and macro tourism trends.

With FighterTravel.com, Reed is building the go-to guide for destination fight training: gyms with accommodation, where the training is the reason for the trip. The site helps travelers find and compare these gyms and sends them to book directly, while giving the owners who built them the recognition they deserve. Reed sees martial arts resorts and combat sports travel as a niche with significant room to grow.
